Return Policy

www.surplusclothing.ca will exchange or issue a refund for all items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Shoes

We do not accept returns on shoes that have been scuffed. Please be extremely careful trying on all shoes. We recommend trying them on for a very limited time, and inspecting them for marks before attempting to send them back. All shoe returns must include the original shoe box, in the original condition.

How to Send Back Your Return

1. Package the items carefully include your order number and indicate refund or exchange. Address exchanges & returns to:

2. We suggest you use a service that provides a tracking number. This way there is no dispute concerning delivery.

3. When we receive the item(s) back we will immediately process the refund or exchange.

If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. In all other cases a restocking fee of $2.99 will be charged.
